Had my child's name misspelled even tho I showed them her insurance card with the correct spelling. Than they said they couldn't retrieve her medical charts from her old clinic. Have to switch to new clinic because they aren't knowledgeable or have lack of training at this clinic.

I’m writing this massage to give the exact rating of my experience in Sea Mar, it’s 2 out of 10 for me. The receptionist so rode, no respect and they didn’t care about your time. I call them I’m due for vaccination and she said you have to set an appointment and I did, I have been for this appointment almost a month I didn’t go to work on that day, when go there the Nurse to me the system shows that you want to the provider today, I said no I’m here for vaccine. She said no you don’t need set an appointment for vaccine. For me this is crazy. The receptionist said you have set an appointment and the Nurse said you don’t need to. I decided to change my provider

Although the clinic may look a bit tattered and tired, the doctors, nurses and admin staff constantly remind you; they're here for the love of their patients. We could go many other places, but we choose to go where the talented medical professionals go to help. People who aren't in it for flashy cars, bags of cash and glory. People who are modest, passionate and talented. More clinics like this should exist, and get funding appropriate for their outreach. Shame on King County for not funding appropriately, and shame on the state.

Unfriendly receptionist, very rude and should not be representing the clinic for behavioral health. Whomever is working the morning of 2/11/26 should be fired. Terrible communication, why would you waste my time and have me come into the office and tell me you don't have documents for me to sign.....Very confusing and unprofessional. If you work in healthcare, be kind and patient or get another job. Everyone else in the clinic I have talked to has been very kind and helpful.

I am writing to express my serious criticism regarding your patient intake process and lack of timely medical access. My spouse was in an emergency condition and urgently needed to be seen by a family doctor. Unfortunately, we were not accepted. We were informed that the earliest available appointment to see a doctor would be three months in the future. This is deeply concerning and unacceptable. When a patient is in urgent need of medical care, such delays put lives at risk. With a system like this, one is left feeling that instead of receiving medical help, they should be preparing for the worst. Healthcare should prioritize patients’ well-being and urgency, not place them on excessively long waiting lists during critical situations. This situation reflects a serious failure in patient care and intake management, and it requires immediate review and improvement.
